Schedule 1 – Promotion Terms
The Promotion
1. Purchase a Laptop from Table 1 below (the “Selected Products”) between 00:01 Central European Time (CET) on 22 December 2025 and 23:59 CET on 18 January 2026 (the “Qualifying Period”) from one of the Participating Resellers listed below to qualify for a cashback reward.

2. The Promotion applies to Selected Products purchased during the Qualifying Period directly from the Resellers listed in the table below.

3. The Promotion is only open to end consumers, natural persons (aged 18 + years), who reside and purchase a Selected Product exclusively in one of the Territories listed in Table 2 above including by purchasing online from a Participating Reseller and for their own use within the Qualifying Period. Employees of Gigabyte, its subsidiaries, their families, agents and other parties directly involved in this initiative are not entitled to participate. Gigabyte ("Gigabyte") reserves the right to verify the eligibility of final consumers and to exclude them if they are not eligible.
4. The Promotion is subject to a maximum of 1 claim per household (address). Only 1 claim may be made per participant. Any double claim attempts found might cause all related promotion claims to be disqualified.
5. Purchases of up to one Selected Product from Table 1 are permitted under this promotion.
6. Claims for Selected Products purchased which will be resold to a third party are not eligible for this Promotion. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
7. The Promotion is not available on any second-hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock. Products that violate the intellectual property of GIGABYTE or its affiliates in any way, are excluded from the promotion.
8. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Promoter promotions.
9. The claim for cashback must be made between 00:01 CET on 5 January 2026 until 23:59 CET on 15 February 2026, and cannot be made until 14 days after purchase.
How to Claim
10. Claim online by going to https://gigabyteoffers.com/customer-apply-for-promotion/?country_promotion=23, completing the claim form and submitting it together with a copy of proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number from the Selected Product. You will be asked to provide your personal details including bank details.
11. Proof of purchase should be a legible copy of the retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the reseller’s name, date of purchase, product name, purchase price and verification of AORUS membership. AORUS membership verification is conducted via the personal email provided during the claim process. The email address used for the claim must match the one registered with the AORUS membership. 12. Once the claim has been received, the participant will automatically receive confirmation of receipt via email from the Promoter, with a second email within 10 working days of such date confirming acceptance or denial of the claim. It is the participant's responsibility to contact the Promoter at gigabyte@promotion-support.com within 2 days of their claim being submitted if email confirmation has not been received. The participant will be notified via email once the claim payout is successful.
13. By participating in this promotion, participants may receive a cashback reward in the local currency of the applicable promotion area. For Eurozone countries, the cashback amounts are denominated in Euros (EUR) as shown in the table. For non-Euro countries, the cashback amounts have been converted and fixed in the local currency as listed below.

14. The cashback payment will be made by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of claim validation. The Promoter will make a bank transfer to your account in your name which must match the claim you have submitted.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any bank costs incurred relating to any bank transfers of the cashback payment. Accordingly, if your bank charges you, such charges will be deducted by your bank from the cashback amount.
16. If the participant has not received his cashback within 30 days of receipt of claim validation, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact gigabyte@promotion-support.com .
17. The customer has the opportunity to check his claim status on his user profile on https://gigabyteoffers.com/claim-tracker/?country_promotion=23 . It is the participant's responsibility to contact the Promoter within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email if their status tracking system login doesn't work.
18. It is the person registering the claim’s responsibility to ensure that the correct bank account details have been recorded; if incorrect information has been provided and the Promoter makes a payment that is rejected or not received by you then the Promoter will not be responsible for re-issuing such payment.
Restrictions
19. Where the cashback payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the recipient.
20. If the Selected Product which is the subject of a claim is returned to the seller for any reason the customer’s entitlement to claim cashback is forfeited.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional evidence to help validate a claim if there is any uncertain or incomplete information provided by the recipient.
22. A claim will not succeed if:
a. The Selected Product was not purchased within the Qualifying Period from a Participating Reseller
b. The claim form was not completed in full
c. The proof of purchase was not supplied or was illegible
d. The claim was not submitted between 00:01 CET on 5 January 2026 until 23:59 CET on 15 February 2026.
e. You have not complied with these terms and conditions.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time, after proper communication and announcement with at least 7 days advance notice if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the Promotion are affected. Additionally, the Promotion may close at the Promoter's discretion based on available inventory and operational considerations.
Personal data
24. During registration for the Promotion, you will need to provide personal data necessary for Gigabyte to administer the Promotion. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy: https://profile.gigabyte.com/PrivacyPolicy.aspx . Additionally, Gigabyte may request your consent to send marketing materials, such as surveys about Gigabyte-branded products, newsletters, and/or advertisements. Providing this consent is optional.
25. For the purposes of this promotion, Benamic, IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland acts as the data processor on behalf of Gigabyte the data controller. Company B will process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, solely for the administration of the promotion and as instructed by Gigabyte. Personal data will be handled securely, retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the promotion’s purposes, and processed in compliance with applicable data protection law.
26. If you wish to correct, modify, or delete your personal data, you may do so through your profile settings on the applicable platform. If profile settings are unavailable or if you have questions or complaints about how your personal data is handled, please contact our Data Manager at mydata@gigabyte.com .
General
27. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for lost claims. The Promoter will reject claims received after the closing date and those which it reasonably considers to be incomplete, illegible or fraudulent.
28. Any claims for damages to GIGABYTE and its employees or vicarious agents in connection with the promotion, for whatever legal reason, are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The terms of conditions as well as the participation itself are subject to the local law. Place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
29. By entering this Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend them without notice in the event of any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If the participant does not accept the change of the conditions of participation, he can withdraw his claim by contacting the support team via gigabyte@promotion-support.com.
